Services

Equine Bodywork

Each session begins with a comprehensive full-body wellness evaluation, followed by a tailored approach that may include sports massage therapy, e-stim, red light therapy, PEMF therapy, myofascial release, acupressure, and neuromyofascial release. Our goal is to alleviate your horse’s muscle tension, release fascia restrictions, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility and overall comfort. PEMF, ultrasound, and other therapeutic treatments are included in your bodywork session at no additional fee. I may choose one or more additional therapeutic modality depending on the animal's individual needs.

Monica Pandya

Certified Equine Bodyworker
USDF Silver & Bronze Medalist

Located in Chester County, PA, I specialize in holistic equine bodywork, combining therapeutic modalities and movement techniques to enhance balance and fitness. My services include targeted sports massage therapy, electro-acupressure with a TENS unit, therapeutic ultrasound, red light therapy, neuromyofascial release, kinesiology taping, and fitness and wellness consultations. As an experienced bodyworker, I develop personalized programs to support your horse’s recovery and ongoing maintenance, focusing on releasing tension, restoring movement, and repairing tissue to prevent injury and improve overall comfort.

In addition, as an experienced rider across multiple disciplines and a USDF silver and bronze medalist, I offer specialized training services for both horse and rider. By addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of training, I integrate principles of classical dressage, biomechanics, behavioral sciences, and horsemanship. This comprehensive method equips riders and horses with the tools to use their bodies correctly, communicate effectively, and deepen their partnership.

My goal is to help achieve balance in horse and rider for improved performance. Whether your interests lie in trail riding, pleasure riding, or achieving specific competitive goals, I can help you become a more effective and knowledgeable rider. I also assist your horse in developing new skills, deepening trust, breaking free of old habits, and learning to work harmoniously with you, fostering balance and fitness through proper biomechanics and holistic care.

Happy horses, happy clients

Monica U,

I have known Monica for nearly 10 years. During this time I have watched her transform many horses and horse people. She has an innate ability to know what a horse needs and how to help them find balance and peace.  Monica is amazing with horses!

Hannah

The transformation in my horse is amazing - he is soft and relaxed through movements in a way that I've never seen before. She has helped improve my skill and knowledge by breaking down complex concepts to make sure I understand the context as well as how to tactically apply it to my riding.

Georgie

Her knowledge of quadruped anatomy and biomechanics, along with the techniques she uses to get deep into the muscle is helping to heal injured and/or locked tissue and is clearly improving the quality of their lives.  There is no mistaking the changes in my animals since Monica has started working with them.
